Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Custom or personalized items may take 5–7 business days to prepare before shipping.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your shipment using the carrier’s website.
International Shipping
Vodkaleti Formations LLC ships internationally to select countries.
Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination.

Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Returns are not accepted for:
Personalized or custom-made items
Gift cards
Downloadable digital products (if applicable)
Return Process
Contact us at support@vodkaletiformations.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
Ship items back within 7 days of approval.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection of returned items.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for items of equal value. Notify us within the return window, and we’ll guide you through the process.
If the item you want is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email support@vodkaletiformations.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
We’ll offer a replacement or refund depending on your preference.
